Joyce McKinney

Joyce A.  McKinney, 59, of Altoona, died Monday evening at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Rella McKinney and stepfather Herman ‘Butch” Lardieri.

Surviving is the love of her life and father of her children for 38 years, Thomas G. Drass Sr.; a daughter, Reneeann M. Carlheim and her fiancé, Matthew; a son, Thomas Drass Jr. and his fiancé, Nicole; grandchildren, Eric Carlheim, Bailey Carlheim and Kaiden Carlheim, Tommy Drass, Westlee Drass and Laina Drass, and Maddison Roland who she provided care for; grandmother of her children, Alice Drass; a sister, Debra Lardieri; and two brothers, Troy Lardieri and Bo Lardieri.

Joyce was a caregiver for Colonial Courtyard.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona. Private committal at Grandview Cemetery.
