Ms. Kathe McCool age 62, of Altoona, PA., died Thursday evening at Altoona Regional.
Born in Altoona, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Dorothy (Shields) Mast.
Survived by two sons: Michael S. Walter and wife Kimberly of Simpson, PA, and Eric J. Walter of Williamsburg, VA, Two grandchildren, Kelly L. Walter; and Alyssa L. Walter; and her loving companion for twelve years Janie C. Long.
Graduate of Altoona High School and attend Mount Aloysius College
She was a Medical Coder for U S A I, a coding company for medical record for various hospitals.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday May 22, 2012 and 10 till 11 am on Wednesday May 23, 2012 at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home, Inc. 1204 – 17th St. Altoona, Pa. 16601. Services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday by Pastor Tyler Pepper officiating.
