ROBERT DEAN CAMPBELL

Robert D. Campbell, 60, of East Freedom, passed away at his residence after an apparent heart attack. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Vernon Thomas and Arlene Janette (McCaulley) Campbell.

Surviving are two sisters, Kathy A. (John) Kasun of Altoona and Susan R. (Douglas) Dick of Irvona; a brother, Vernon C. (Karen) Campbell of Altoona; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was a laborer, employed by New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. 

Robert was a member and attended church services at Smith Corner Independent Church, East Freedom. 

Robert enjoyed hunting, boating, camping, and especially loved sitting on the porch enjoying the outdoors. 

Robert was a 1979 graduate of Glendale High School. 

Private family visitation and service will be held at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona, by Pastor Dave McClanahan. 

Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park, Altoona.
